Tasting Beer and Chocolat
A modernistic multi senses taste experience with Sven & Tinne from WHERE BEER MEETS CHOCOLATE and Werner Callebaut from BIEROLADE.
Rendezvous on Saturday 17 march 2018 at 18h45 in the upper room of the Streekproducten Centrum, Poststraat 3A at 1500 Halle.
Each participant will be able to to walk around during a certain amount of time to be able to taste 10 to 15 things. The beers will be presented blindly with just a small reference (fruity, stout, strong alcoholic …) together with, according to the guest speakers, the correct chocolat pearl. Everyone tastes according their desire and rate. Afterwards you fill in a form with your taste results and a score, a short feedback is a must.
After a while the taste forms are collected and meanwhile Sven, Tinne or Werner will give an expert explanation which beers and chocolat pearls are an excellent match.
Finally we receive the mean of the scores and the feedback and everyone takes his form back home. This way it is interesting for everybody. Where Beer Meets Chocolate and Bierolade than can further experiment and they receive a lot of info with it. And The Lambikstoempers can give their unvarnished opinion.
Of course they will also tell you how chocolat is made. This seems an interesting taste moment to us!
Registration
The participation fee for this tasting is 15 euro (for Lambikstoempers members), 17 euro (for Zythos members) and 19 euro (for all others).
Attention: a change in location!! Registration is mandatory!
