At the invitation of and in conjunction with our colleagues from the Antwerps Bier College we went to Brussels on Saturday 25th of June 2016 in order to visit sequentially Brasserie Cantillon, the En Stoemelings brewery and Brussels Beer Project. Ecological as we are, we covered all distances on foot.

Pictures: Lambic tasting in “De Lambiek”

This has become a classic in our range of activities!

On Friday 24th of June 2016, about ten different Lambic beers were collected directly from the blenders or breweries and brought to “De Lambiek”.

In the evening we discovered the different colors, scents, tastes and aftereffects of young and old Lambics. A journey of discovery for the taste buds!
