On Saturday 9th of November 2019 we organized an ABC tasting, or … a genuine triangular tasting!
“A triangular tasting is one of the methods used in the sensory evaluation of a beer. A certain beer is evaluated at a triangular tasting. Two test glasses contain the same beer and a third test glass contains (perhaps) something else”, is the explanation of our colleagues at OBAD.
And yes, it was a very interesting and surprising evening!

The 20th edition of our Beer Weekend traditionally took place in De Lambiek in Alsemberg.
It became a very hot edition, with more than 70 beers of spontaneous fermentation, our own 10 favorites ‘in the spotlight’ and even more ‘special’ types of high, low and / or mixed fermentation.
